Records

Only the hash. Never the bill.

Every bill or document we receive gets one public record: its SHA-256 fingerprint and where that fingerprint was witnessed. The document itself, and who sent it, stay with the desk.

The record

Four hops, each one checkable

A record is created the moment the desk stores a file. Each later hop fills in as it completes; a record that says pending is telling the truth, not hiding a step.

1Fingerprint

SHA-256 of the exact bytes received. Your browser computes the same value before upload, and the desk reports whether its own hash matched. Change one byte and the fingerprint changes.

2Rail witness

The hash, and nothing else, is sent to the UnyKorn rail ledger at genesis402.com. The ledger answers with an entry number (the witness seq) and a verify link, /verify/<hash>, anyone can open.

3UnyKorn Chain anchor

The ledger stream is anchored to UnyKorn Chain on a timer. The anchor transaction is shown when confirmed at chain.unykorn.ai.

4Bitcoin timestamp

An OpenTimestamps proof ties the record to a Bitcoin block. The block number is shown once the proof is confirmed; until then it reads pending.

What is never recorded. The document, your name, email, phone, account numbers, usage or any amount. A record proves that a file with this fingerprint existed and was received by a given time. It says nothing about what is in it.

Lookup

Look up a record by hash

Paste a SHA-256 hash, or pick the file and your browser computes the hash here (the file is not uploaded by this page). The answer carries only the record fields: hash, status, witness seq, verify link, chain anchor, Bitcoin timestamp.

Why

Why we do this

A bill review is an argument about numbers. The record lets either side prove what was received and when, without either side having to trust the other's copy. It is the same protocol UnyKorn LLC applies to every document it receives or sends, and it is what the Verify us page on unykorn.ai points to.

Status words on a record: queued (created, not yet sent to the ledger), witnessed (on the ledger, with its entry number), payment required (the ledger quoted a fee and no payer lane is open yet; it is retried), error (the last attempt failed; it is retried). None of these words says anything about the bill itself.

Send us a bill. We will tell you what we find.

Text a photo to (229) 466-8732 or use the form. A person reviews it and follows up. No fee, no obligation.
