Why a scenario is not a price

| Demand charges | On many commercial tariffs, a single high 15-minute peak sets charges for months. Energy price changes do not touch this part. |
| Taxes and delivery | Utility delivery charges and taxes usually stay with the utility whichever supplier you choose. |
| Contract term and structure | Longer terms and different structures price differently, and market prices change daily. |
| Your load shape | Flat loads and spiky loads are priced differently by suppliers. |
How we are paid. The bill review is free to you. If you choose a supply contract through us, the retail energy supplier pays UnyKorn a commission that is built into your rate. We will tell you that in writing before you sign, and you are never required to switch.
